Bundt and Roll

So I organised a cake tastin party with the aim of introducing new flavours outside  the regulars.

Location was the Lekki Conservation Center. Aside the cake tasting, it was also to give people a fun day out.

We had

• Cinnamon swirl bundt cake with salted caramel

• Butter pecan bundt cake with chocolate ganache

• Pineapple upside down bundt cake

• Blueberry lemon bundt cake with lemon french frosting.

• Oreo cake roll

• Banana cake roll with caramel sauce.

So we had a tour of the reserve, some of us burnt  the extra calories, lol. So technically, nobody gained weight by eating cake.

We had important guests join us at the cake tasting as well; the monkeys. They were entertaining and frustrating at the same time.
