Supper Club 1
The idea of a supper club came to me because I kinda enjoy hosting and feeding people.
Sometimes I wish I had a whole castle to myself to host dinner parties,masqurade balls, tea parties, picnics etc.
This supper club 1 was initially planned for 8 diners but I eventually hosted 10
Dinner was a 3 course meal with cocktail
First Course
Seafood, vegetable and plantain peppersoup
Second course
Orange sage roast potatoes with peppered snail and spicy orange sauce
Dessert
chocolate ganache filled puff puff coated in ice cream with drizzled caramel sauce
Cocktail
Sunset beach
made with fresh orange juice
Thanks to everyone that came, you guys rocked it, the conversations were lit
