The long weekend 1
So the long Easter weekend finally arrived and I was happy about it, thinking I was going to sleep all through.
But there were cakes to make, parties to attend and then tidying up my room.e
First cake is a vanilla and strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream
Second cake is chocolate cake with coffee buttercream and crumbled noreos (nigerian version of oreos, lol). Was going for rustic, rock and roll look.
Third cake is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. There is a fourth cake which is a carrot cake but I didn't take a decent picture of it.
For the last day of the long weekend, decided to snack on somethin familiar, yet different.

I had it with jam and cream and it was delicious and comforting and a good way to wrap up the holiday.
